This is an interval based walking programme which lasts for 8 weeks. It’s a mix of faster paced walking (enough to get you a little out of breath) and slower recovery walking. You will complete 3 walks each week and full instructions will be given each week, so you know exactly how long each interval/recovery walk will be. It is ideal for complete beginners or for those looking to get more active.

The great thing about the programme is you can progress at your own pace, so even if you would like to repeat any weeks, that’s fine too. As always any questions about the programme then please pop us an email.
